FAQ
Is the widget enough on its own?
The widget renders the disclosure. The audit pack proves it rendered. Growth and up include both. Free and Starter include only the widget — useful for shipping, not for evidence.
Why does the audit pack matter?
When a regulator, a customer, or a procurement team asks how you comply with Article 50, you need an answer that does not rely on screenshots. A timestamped, hashed, replayable PDF is that answer.
What counts as an event?
A render, an ack, a dismiss, a synthetic-output marking, or a deepfake label. Each is a single billable event. Heartbeats and config fetches are not counted.
Annual billing?
Yes. Toggle Annual at the top of this page — you pay for ten months and get twelve.
Can I rotate my widget key?
Yes. Rotation is two clicks in the dashboard. The previous key keeps working for a seven-day grace period so you can roll your script tag without dropping events.
How are IPs handled?
Raw IPs are never stored. Each event gets a salted SHA-256 hash plus a coarse-truncated form (/24 for IPv4, /48 for IPv6) for abuse signals. Salt rotates weekly.
